Classical guitarist of Catania, Italy, and student of the wellknown Venezuelan Maestro Alirio Diaz, Agatino Scuderi studied classical guitar and graduated from the "Conservatorio N. Piccini" in Bari, Italy.
 He continued his studies in Italy and in Spain attending courses of the Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Sevilla and the Festival Internacional de guitarra de Cordoba - with Alirio Diaz, Leo Brouwer, Narciso Yepes, America Martinez, Ruggero Chiesa,Linda Calsolaro, Aldo Minnella, Bruno Battisti D'Amario, Eliot Fisk. He has also attended seminars in musical analysis and composition with Maestro Alexander Mullembach of Luxembourg, Professor at the "Mozarteum" of Salisburg. He has won numerous national and international competitions such as S. Giuliano Milanese, Matera, Locorotondo, Venetico Superiore, Genova, Napoli etc...
 In recognition of his accomplishments in the music field, he received the Terry Pazimiņo prize in Ecuador.
 He has been awarded a "Mencao Honrosa" Prize of the Conservatorio Souza Lima of San Paolo, Brazil, following the recital in the same Conservatorio.
 He is membership of the "World Univerity Roundtable" of Benson, Arizona where He has been awarded a "Doctorate in the Philosophy of Music".
 Many other diplomas of honour have been awarded to him in national tuition competition.
  He has held Master Classes in institutions in Italy and throughout the world, including The University of North Carolina School at Greensboro, the Conservatorio Souza Lima and the Universidade Estadual Paulistica de Musica in Brazil, the Guilford College in High Point, the William Paterson University of New York, West Chester University.
 He has performed in Italy, Japan, Denmark, Spain, France, Belgium, Romania, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Russia, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Estonia, U.S.A., Brazil, Canada, Greece, Denmark, Holland, Iceland, Morocco, Hungary.... in importants centres: New York, Tokyo, Sao Paulo, Paris, Varsaw, Vienna, Bucarest, Helsinki, Zurig, Bonn, Geneve, Malaga, Rejkyavik, Frankfurt and in prestigious halls: Carnegie Hall in New York in Special presentation Winner Series, Gendai Guitar Salon in Tokyo, the Theatre of Craiova, Nordic House of Rejkyavik, Bach Hall in Kiel University, Greek Theatre of Siracusa, Argostoli Theatre, Ateneu Hall in Bacau, Recital Hall of "Palazzo Opatow" in Oliwia, the "Hart Recital Hall" of Greensboro University, "Museo Plakatu" in Varsavia, "Ateneul Roman" of Bucarest, the "Shea Center for Performing Arts" of William Paterson University in New York, Napoleum Museum in Arenenberg, Concert Hall of Malaga Superior Conservatory... and on behalf of international institutions: the Filarmonica "George Enescu" in Bucarest, the Filarmonica of Brasov, the "Festival Bach" in Splügen, the Festival of Kardla, the Festival in Bodmann, Zinnowitz, Usedom,

He has also recorded many performances for radio and television stations in the above mentioned countries. He recorded many CD with music by Tarrega, Torroba, Barrios Ponce, Lauro...
